Great place with nice amenities. Duke's the on-site restaurant has incredible breakfast ad hula pie! The construction has progressed and I wouldn't recommend staying here if construction noise at 7am will bother you.

What a beautiful place. This is the first time I have used aerbnb and I am so happy. Make sure you stop in at Walmart or Costco on your way in. That was the best advise we got. Right next to the airport. Also, make sure you spend at least one day relaxing around the pool enjoying the amenities. We still did everything that we wanted to do. We planned this at the last minute and I had no idea where to search. Airbnb was my first and last spot to look. The pictures just do do this place justice. The grounds are beautiful. I will come back. Make sure your room is not on the construction side. We made that mistake at first, but Maui Westside fixed us up on the other side right away. They called us first even to switch rooms.. So cool!! Do not hesitate to do this. We made our plans in one day. This was a last minute trip. Now I know we are adventurous!! Have a wonderful time and don't forget the water at Walmart. ENJOY!!

Our stay at Honua Kai was excellent. It was cleaned and more beautiful than the pictures. This was our second stay at Honua Kai and first time using airbnb. Kalea was there to let us into the condo and she was extremely friendly. I would definitely book again with them again. The resort is clean and staff was friendly so I'm extremely happy with our stay. The condo was spacious, clean and although the view is of a construction site, there is partial view of the ocean if you choose to hand out in the lanai, which was just perfect for us.
