Fully furnished home. Has a front porch, living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms ( one queen size bed and 2 twin beds) sleeps 4 people comfortably (bedding and linen included). Lower level with a full size futon. Two bathrooms with essentials and hair dryer. Spacious kitchen (fully equipped) with fridge, stove, toaster, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, and dishwasher. Washer and dryer, central AC . Cable , high speed internet/Wi-Fi, 3 TVs with DVD player and streaming entertainment. Garden access with BBQ grill, patio set and parking for two cars.

This home is only steps away from West street, surrounded by a variety of shops and delightful restaurants. You can leave the car safely at the house (parking space provided at no extra cost) and walk to downtown Annapolis or take the Circular Trolley.

The parking can be accessed from West street.
Fireplace is non-operational, no pets, no smoking. Home is situated in a quite street; consideration for our neighbors is kindly requested. No parties are allowed unless discussed with owner.

My husband and my self live in Long Island, NY. One of our children is currently a Midshipman at United States Naval Academy. We travel to Annapolis very often and we enjoy those trips. We find Annapolis a great city to visit and to live. People are very warm and welcoming.
