Flat-screen, internet enabled TV allowing streaming if you have the relevant accounts. Sofa, dining table and chairs plus a comfy double bed.
This studio flat has been creatively partitioned to provide a private sleeping nook and a separate living area.

A separate and stylish kitchen is fully equipped including an electric hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and washing machine.

Modern, fully tiled bathroom with a walk-in shower, WC and basin.

Goodge Street underground - Northern Line - 5 minute walk away - Zone 1.

This is a superb location to immerse yourself in the best London has to offer. Many of the must see sites are on your doorstep including the prestigious British Museum. Fitzrovia is a creative neighbourhood and home to many architects, film production companies and famous advertising agencies. There are small, private art galleries dotted throughout the area and international cuisine is to be found around each corner. Academia and commerce combine to give Fitrovia a gentle but vibrant atmosphere - it is a pleasure to wander the side streets but if you do become a bit worn out by urban life stroll up to Regents Park in ten minutes.

Airbnb takes a security deposit for us. We will charge £200.00 if we detect cigarette smoke in the home after your departure. There are no extra charges unless the property is left very untidy, dirty or damaged.

If we do not have people leaving the day that you arrive it may be possible to move in before 14.00, but we can no guarantee this. We will not be able to confirm an early arrival until the day before you are due to arrive. If you need to guarantee early entry to the home please book the night before.

Standard departure time is 11.00
If you would like to stay at the flat after 11.00 then please add the day of departure to your booking. If the property is not vacated by 11.00, an extra night will be charged.

We do not offer luggage storage, this is a private residential building. There are luggage storage facilities at major train stations in London. After you book we will send you a list of options.

No smoking, no pets, no people who are not on the original booking and no parties please.

A request to reduce the length of your stay will be regarded as a cancellation.

We are required by immigration law to obtain proof of ID for all people who will stay at the flat, and we collect these before you arrive. Lead guest must be 21 years or older.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, quartier calme mais avec beaucoup de restaurants et commerces. Le métro est à 5 mn et proche de tous les lieux d'intérêts L'appartement est très bien agencé et équipé, le fonctionnement avec un code permet de partir facilement Je recommande cette location !

This little flat is all about VALUE and LOCATION. At the bottom end of Fitzrovia, it's a about a 10 min walk to anywhere in soho and a few more to the west end, covenant garden. It's also less than 10 minutes walk to every major central tube line. The apartment was clean and had the minimum furnishings. But it was not comfortable. The bed is in a nook with where both sides of it are connected to the wall, so the only way to get into bed from the foot of it and climb to the other side. It also didn't have a standard mattress, it was as more like a thinner cot or pull-out couch mattress. They added a think mattress pad on too, but after several nights it was quite uncomfortable. There was also no place comfortable to sit in the apartment, The couch is basically a cot with a side folded up (IKEA probably). Otherwise there were some small stools and a fold up chair.

Hello Athas Thank you for sharing your thoughts although I do wish you had contacted us whilst you were staying at the flat. I understand that the integrated bed may not be to everyones taste. For the rest, the interior of the flat is exactly as per the photos. Yes, the sofa is an Ikea sofa bed. Kind regards Jennifer

Perfect location, very walkable to West End/Oxford Circus. Clean and well-kept. Check-in process was very convenient. Would highly recommend!

This apartment is very well located, walking distance to Soho and only 2 mins walk from Goodge station. Plenty of cafes, restaurants etc. are available in the neighbourhood. The apartment is rather specious and has decent sized bathroom and kitchen. However, there were a few issues (probably because the place is managed by a company) - WiFi was extremely spotty, kitchen lights didn't work (but quickly fixed), limited amount of soap etc. Overall good value for money.

Hello Shani Thank you for taking the time to leave some feedback. Unfortunately wifi is out of control - the provider is Virgin Media and they were having problems a few weeks ago which effected the entire building and other users in the neighbourhood. I am not sure why you did not have soap because we have copious amounts in the little store-room but I shall ask housekeeping to make sure they leave extra.
