This is a private apartment (with private entrance) in part of my large residential home. I do not interact with my guest unless I am in need to respond to a question or concern. I want to allow your privacy in my home. I am friendly but allow you to determine what interaction, if any, you want with me.

I am a VP of a large property management company and own a few rental properties on the side. I enjoy business and look for opportunities for investment as well as ways to interact with entrepreneurs such as myself. I have lived in the Washington DC area since 1992 and cannot imagine living anywhere else. I look forward to hearing from you. Please be patient with me as this is new to me and I am trying to fully understand how it works. Take Care, Steve
