Ļoti skaista māja ar pirtiņu un baļļu upes krastā. Sakopta apkārtne un plašums. Iesaku visiem gan mierīgām ballītēm, gan vienkārši ikdienas atpūtai. Noteikti atgriezīšos vēl 😊

Это был замечательный отпуск, дом очень уютный и стильный, в нем есть все необходимое для отдыха. Расположен в очень живописном месте, шикарная природа вокруг...лес, воздух, недалеко озеро! Коммуникация с Мартинсом была замечательной, реагировал сразу на все сообщения и помогал при решении наших вопросов!

Lovely little house, but still very spacious. The house has all the facilities, comfy sofas, large TV, all kitchen appliances, literally everything needed not just for a short stay, but for a proper long stay with a family etc. Location is perfect, 15 min walking to the sea, 5 min walking to a local store, 25 min driving to central Riga. Definitely recommend!

The place was amazing for a large group! It has a beautiful front yard and a large dining room/living room area inside. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Absolutely peaceful sorrounding area - quiet place with lake view from apartment. Apartment was perfect clean and host was very nice and responsive.

I stayed at Martina's apartment for somewhat longer time and really appreciate the opportunity to do that. The host is very polite and always answers almost instantly. The apartment building is lockated on suburbs of the city and offers truly excellent options in terms of public transport, access roads and shops without excessive crowdiness. The bus stop is literally on a doorstep and tram stop is in 5 minutes walk. Both of them offers opportunity to get across the complete city if necessary. There are many grocery shops within 5 minute walk, gim, swimming pool, forest and much more dependent on demands. There is a large shopping and entertainment centre in 10 minutes drive. The apartment itself is well maintained, warm at winter time and cleanliness is truly excellent and outstanding. All of the neighbours I bumped into were polite and helpful. Based on my experience I recommend this rental property and will definitely use it in the future myself.

Great and modern apartment right beside/in the old town! Easy to walk everywhere and everything worked really well with the host regarding the apartment.

Maija was a prompt and helpful communicator . The flat is in a great location for getting quickly into the old town and is set well back from main road so very quiet . She sent us some helpful information about our stay .

Schöne Wohnung, unkomplizierte Kommunikation und sehr entgegenkommend für Änderungswünsche. UND super freundlich! Wenn wir nochmal nach Riga fahren, fragen wir diese Wohnung wieder an und empfehlen sie weiter.

Excellent location and a really beautiful apartment, looks just like the photos. Quick walk to old town. There is a park and a tennis club right next to the building, which was a plus for me. The host was very friendly and responding quickly. Apartment has a good and quite AC unit, which was very useful as the weather was surprisingly hot in Riga during that week. Overall, excellent stay!

Vi var 9 veninder på en forlænget weekend, og har nydt at bo i Kristines lejlighed. Lejligheden er flot, ren og godt udstyret med diverse ting. Den er placeret i et flot og spændende kvarter i perfekt gåafstand til centrum. Kristine har været den perfekte vært. Hun har svaret hurtigt hver gang og givet præcise oplysninger ift. tjek-ind. We were two couples staying for four nights during Easter and we really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and was exactly like described. We think it was even a bit bigger than what it looked like in the pictures. The location is great, there are tons of restaurants around and the old town is only 20 minutes walk away. The instructions for check-in were clear and everything went really smoothly. Martin was a very nice host and responded quickly. We had a little trouble with the hairdryer and he made the effort to bring us a new one during our stay. We would recommend this place 100% and would stay here again.
