The suite is also centrally located in Northern Michigan... only 30 min - 1 hr from Traverse City, Charlevoix, Petoskey, Gaylord, Grayling and Cadillac, making it the perfect home base for day trips to area attractions!

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Enjoy all the comforts of home while you relax on your adventure in the North. This space is centrally located for any getaway in any season. From all power sports, skiing, golf, color tours, wine tours. Timber North is located in downtown Kalkaska with shopping, dining/bar all in walking distance. This space would also be great for travelers working in the area as well. It has all the charm you need on your vacation.

The Upstairs

This unique apartment is located kitty-corner from Lakeview Waterfront Park inside the "Houghton Lake Artisan Center". Home of "Under The Windmill" a Consignment Gifts & Lamp Shop and also, "The Studio", the ground floor apt. also available for guests to rent. The park is literally steps away and includes a beach, fishing pier, viewing platform, beautiful gardens, walkways, and breath-taking views. Luxury linens, Fully Equipped Kitchen w/Coffee, Variety of Soaps and special luxuries.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun located above a store front. With 2 living areas the kids can watch and play what they want while the adults enjoy the other living room. This 3 bedroom makes it ideal for families to come and spread out after a long day on the water or a cold day on the trails. Lake City Landings Unit 3

Beautiful, fully-equipped two bedroom apartment on a 160-foot seawall in downtown Lake City. Newly remodeled for the 2024 season! IMPORTANT: This unit is upstairs, so renters MUST be physically able to use stairs to access this apartment. We promise that the breathtaking view of the lake is worth the climb! *If stairs and mobility are an issue for you, please look for Lake City Landings, Units 1 or 4. Unit 1 only has one step in and Unit 4 is completely on one floor.*

Enjoy easy access to Northern Michigan from this perfectly located home base. Bear & Cub Lake are right down the road for you to enjoy, and we are directly across from the 76 ORV trail. Along with the loft, we have 3 other rentals & an office located on property. The best place for people that need to go to Andrews University. We are inside of Andrews. If you don’t have car this is the best option to you. I have a room available and you can choose for single size (one person renting) or double size (to couples). You have stores and banks in a walk distance and also the administration build in Andrews is 4 min walking from here.
