Rosehendra

A fantastic holiday home for those who love both the coast and countryside. This beautifully refurbished barn conversion tucks away in a peaceful rural setting just a few minutes’ drive from the beaches at Marazion, Hayle and St Ives, and is within easy reach of Gwithian beach, Praa Sands, Porthcurno and Land's End. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, open plan living with a log burner, a large sun room and a private garden - perfect for a Cornish escape with friends and family at any time of the year.

Chy Noweth ,a peaceful escape with parking

Chy noweth is part of my home with a private back door entrance with a key safe on the outside wall. The space inside is totally private and for your use only. The patio area is for your use and the garden area is shared with myself. There is a kettle and coffee machine in the small utility area as well as a under counter fridge. I will supply tea, coffee ,biscuits and milk for your arrival. There are no cooking facilities but restaurants are plentiful in nearby St. Ives , Hayle and Marazion.

Stops for both St Ives and Penzance are only a 5-minute walk away.

St Erth has a countryside feel with great walks along the river and is centrally located to explore North and South coasts, boasting a retreat from the busy main tourist areas. The cottage is a short walk from the Park and Ride & main train lines to St Ives, Penzance and London where there is ample parking, and a 15 minute drive to the Isle of Scilly ferry port.

Four miles from the beautiful seaside resort of St Ives on the north coast and four miles from Stunning Mounts bay and St Michaels Mount on the south coast our studio gives ample opportunity to explore the south wests coastline. St Erth Trainline is half a mile away and there is a bus stop at the end of our lane making the rest of the Cornish countryside easy to access.
