There is a fully equipped kitchen, with a serving hatch that looks through to the light and spacious living area, which comprises a dining room table and chairs and a seating area with a smart tv. The main bedroom has a king-sized bed to retire to. There is ample parking and being on the old A30 there is easy access to both North and South coasts.

The Lugger is a stunning property completed in 2023. Situated up a private bumpy lane, once through the gates you will be free from the hustle and bustle and a lovely quiet space awaits you with off road parking and a sunny patio. It is located at the bottom of our garden, but has separate pedestrian and vehicular access. Only a 5 minute walk into Wadebridge and Camel Trail, the town boasts some lovely independent shops, restaurants, bars and bike hire.

Agan Dyji - Boutique Cornish Cottage -Dog Friendly

East of Newquay in the historic market town of St Columb Major, Agan Dyji (or "Our Little Cottage" in Cornish) is only 5 minutes drive away from the main A30 and just 10 minutes away from the amazing beach and facilities at Watergate Bay (including Jamie Oliver's Fifteen Cornwall restaurant). St Columb Major has good public transport links and Newquay Airport is an inexpensive taxi ride away (less than 4 miles). Come stay!
