Cozy cottage with a screened in porch, private dock and amazing sunset views of beautiful Black Lake, which is known as a Fisherman's Paradise! Relax and enjoy lake living using the included kayaks or visit the nearby 1000 Islands, Canada, or Adirondacks. Kids and dogs are welcome in our family friendly home where you'll enjoy the new propane grill, washer/dryer, smores at the fire pit, kayaking, fishing, WiFi, and cornhole and board games. You can also dock your own boat on the private dock.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Enjoy all the majesty of the St Lawrence River with water views from every window. Master bedroom has 1 king bed and ensuite with view of the river. Second room has 1 king bed with ensuite and two windows that capture the sunrise. Spectacular sunsets will take your breath away daily . Clean clear water invites you to swim, canoe, kayak or simply float . Notice the herron flying low, swans in the bay, and eagles keeping watch from a tree .

A perfect getaway for 2 (or on your own), you’ll sleep comfortably in a queen-size bed with all of the must-have amenities, including an in-unit compost toilet, running water and an outdoor shower. Cook meals over the fire or grill and relax under the stars in the wood-fired hot tub (seasonal). Enjoy some modern comforts while getting up close with nature so you can truly unwind. Loons and geese are the loudest sounds you’ll hear at night. Great fishing, boating and swimming from our dock. 103 cascading steps to the water.

3 bedroom country home in Hammond NY

3 bedroom/2 bath home with lots of room for the family, centrally located to Black Lake, Alex Bay and Clayton attractions. Originally built in the early 1900s with several updates. AC, WiFi, smart tvs in each bedroom and the living room. A spacious kitchen with all basic cooking essentials, a regular coffee pot and a keurig. Bathroom downstairs with stand up shower, upstairs bathroom with tub/shower. Outdoor deck with seating and propane grill and an outside fire pit, (bring your own wood)

Relax with the family at this peaceful cabin on the Indian River with great fishing and a private setting. Walk out the front door and start fishing or enjoy the view with your morning coffee. It is in the perfect location to view the Eclipse on April 8. This cabin is kid and pet friendly. It has electricity, running water, a small kitchenette, fire pit and wood. It is located 45 minutes from Watertown, 20 minutes to exit 49 on Route 81, and close to the Thousand Islands and Black Lake.

The Chez Heron was built in 1872 out of local limestone and was made to resemble a small Gothic castle. It is nationally registered as a historical structure. It is set up for 1 couple looking for a peaceful getaway. Full kitchen. We will have a bottle of champagne chilling for you .We have an outside Hot Tub and Fire area for you to relax and enjoy. Located within the vilage of Chaumont and walking distance to several local businesses.
