The Cart Barn

The newly converted 19th Century former Cart Barn has been lovingly restored. A beautiful, light, airy open plan space ideal for a romantic few days away. We are very close to Ashdown Forest, with easy access to Glyndebourne, Charleston, Hever Castle, Brighton, Tunbridge Wells & Lewes. Max 2 dogs are welcome. We have excellent walks on our doorstep including direct access to the Wealdway. An outdoor swimming pool (shared with others staying from June-end August) and tennis court available.

Blackthorn is a luxurious retreat for two. Attached to the owner's home, and situated on the edge of Icklesham village, the property lies halfway between the ancient towns of Rye and Hastings. There is a distant view of the sea, and the garden is surrounded by beautiful AONB countryside. The cottage has a private, south facing verandah, and guests are welcome to use the heated, indoor swimming pool and outdoor hot tub throughout their stay but exclusively between the hours of 8.00am and 8.00pm.

The beautiful pool is heated from March 2026. Quiet location, country walks (close to National Park) and a local pub 1 mile away. Modern, new stylish interiors with a cosy wood burner (in Winter months) and a large patio, BBQ and fire pit outside (wood not included). Conveniently located 15 miles to Gatwick Airport.

Duck Lodge B&B, Luxury Log Cabin with Hot Tub

Duck Lodge, a boutique log cabin, is located in a serene village. This all-wood home is surrounded by a lush garden, offering a tranquil location. The well-equipped interior showcases eclectic furnishings, Sky TV and a sound system. Your private 8 seater hot tub is exclusively yours between 4-9 pm located on the main house's patio, 25 meters up from the lodge. To ensure a peaceful experience, we suggest enjoying up to 2 hours of soaking time - perfect for unwinding in comfort and privacy 🥂🍾
