Welcome to Sanctuary Mountain Maungatautari! Located on the side of our visitor centre sits a spacious two-bedroom home. It is a relaxing and comfortable place to unwind, with stunning views and amazing walking trails right at your door. We are New Zealand's largest fenced eco-sanctuary, home to 2,500 kiwi which you should be able to hear at night. Your accommodation includes free access for self-guided walks through the Southern Enclosure, or book a tour to get truly immersed in nature.

Large grounds, central to local bush walks, cafes, the local 4square supermarket and a 10min drive to Hamilton shopping centre The Base or 15min drive into the city centre. 2bdrm unit with 2 queen beds. Seperate toilet as well as toilet in main bathroom, single garage for parking or to store bikes etc. portacot available if required. Lots of parking available for motor homes etc. near new unit with open plan living and large decking area.

This is a dog-friendly, self-contained 1-bedroom unit with an ensuite. Perfect for solo travellers, couples and your dogs. No other pets allowed. It has a separate private entrance and a private driveway (with a carport). Relax in the fully fenced sunny patio/grass area. It's a short walk to a local café, dairy, takeaways, dog park, and river walks and only 200 meters to a bus stop to take you into the CBD. There is a queen-size bed in the bedroom, and the unit has full laundry facilities.

We have a lovely, spacious one bedroom Apartment, with large shower and separate toilet, in the lovely quiet and safe village of Te Kowhai, with a Café, Dairy, Fruit/Vegetable and Fish and Chip shop, all within a 2 minute walk. The Apartment is self contained with separate entry and carport and plenty of parking for visitors. Apartment is cleaned to recommended COVID19 standards. Key will be left inside and the apartment unlocked. Please note our listing is not suitable for pets.
