The Spruce Nest

Stay in a historic home in Old Town Steamboat Springs built 1907. We have added an entry, dining room, master bedroom and bath and powder bath. However, we have kept the original two-story home in tact, similar to the early 1900's. We even used original wood from the walls to accent the exterior. Several renovations later this is now our cherished home with garden level guest suite. We live and work quietly upstairs and your suite downstairs has a private entrance with keypad. The Riverside cabin is located at the Elk River Guest Ranch in Clark, about 30 minutes from Steamboat Springs. From the cabin, there are spectacular views of the Zirkel Mountains and Routt National Forest. The Elk River runs directly across from your cabin where there is private access across the road. Cozy up by the wood fireplace, or snowmobile, XC ski/snowshoe/hike/bike right out the door. The cabin has good WI-FI and a small TV that you can stream from or watch DVDs.

Charming Little House Downtown

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base in downtown Historic Hayden. This 2 bedroom 1 bath house is perfectly located for your overnight before leaving Hayden airport or to escape the bustle of touristy Steamboat and spend some time in a real Colorado ranch town. There are a few restaurants within walking distance of the house as well as a coffee shop and liquor store. This house may be small but makes up for it with charm and location.

High Country Hideaway - Cozy 2 BR on Main Street

It’s hiding in plain sight! This isn’t an office, it’s your High County Hideaway, with the fastest WiFi in Routt County, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a pipin’ hot shower, and access to the fine amenities of Oak Creek. There’s a pull out couch and an air mattress just in case. Have a stay in real cowboy country, away from the condos in Steamboat, but less than half an hour from the slopes.
