The Spruce Nest

Stay in a historic home in Old Town Steamboat Springs built 1907. We have added an entry, dining room, master bedroom and bath and powder bath. However, we have kept the original two-story home in tact, similar to the early 1900's. We even used original wood from the walls to accent the exterior. Full of history, this little mining town has a museum, beautiful park with creek running through, multiple restaurants, an ice rink, grocery, drug, recreational stores and more. Great views and access to the Flat Top Wilderness, Stagecoach State Park, Routt MedBow, etc. You’ll love this place because of the location, the price and the comfort.
