NB: Bedding for the sofa bed is only supplied on request.

Beautiful apartment right by Brighton beach! (2min walk.)One bedroom apartment available in the heart of Brighton to rent for business trips ,short weekend away or long stays! Fantastic location just within a few minutes walk of the Brighton Pier,seafront, i360 and only a 3 min walk to the famous Brighton lanes. Unfortunately the apartment isn’t suitable for children,it’s a very busy area with bar downstairs and lots of stairs,I don’t recommend at all.

2nd floor—Great views! / Free designated parking

FREE PARKING FOR 1 x CAR for bookings made after 5/5/23. Designated spot in private car park behind the house… like gold dust in this area!! Come and stay right in the heart of Brighton where everything is accessible on foot. Suitable for families, sharers or couples. For larger groups, other units in same building may be available - please enquire. Sorry - no bookings can start / end on a Sat. NO ROWDY GROUPS ACCEPTED.
