The Hilltop Perch is the upper level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. Our updated cabin is a great place to get away & enjoy life among the trees & all that Asheville has to offer. Tall beamed ceilings and windows all around let in the natural light and give an indoor/outdoor feel. Wooded one acre property that's 10 miles to Asheville downtown, hiking trails & all the local mountains. A 2 king bed & 1 bath cabin with an eclectic mix of bohemian & mountain rustic vibes. Our smaller Casita is also on the property and can be booked together or separately.
