Gran's Place

This newly renovated 4th generation family farmhouse sitting on 13 acres is centrally located in Russell Springs, just minutes from Lake Cumberland. We are just off the Cumberland Parkway (a short and easy drive to both Columbia and Somerset), close to Russell County Hospital, and within a mile to most fast-food chains, restaurants, gas, and grocery. Our goal is to make your stay as enjoyable as possible while visiting the Lake Cumberland area. We do ask that there be no smoking in the home.

Quiet, peaceful, country setting. There are country roads for walking and bike riding. For the boaters and fishermen, we are just minutes away from Arnold’s landing boat ramp and also Holmes Bend marina on beautiful Green River lake. For the hunting enthusiast, there are 20,000 plus acres of public land available for spring and fall hunting, with an abundance of turkey and deer. Close to Campbellsville University and Lindsey Wilson in Columbia. Lake Cumberland is also a short drive away.

Jabez Gem by Wolf Creek & boat ramps, pet friendly

Tiny home near Lake Cumberland, Wolf Creek Marina (4.5 miles) Dudley boat ramp (1.2 miles). Beach Grove boat ramp (1.5 miles) Harris grocery (3 miles) Mill spring battle field visitors center is close by (15 miles) 30 minute drive to the Somerset, which has breweries & restaurants. Opening soon Horse Soldier bourbon!! Hour drive to Cumberland falls park. It has a bedroom, kitchen and full shower. Bring your boat and your furry friends to our peaceful tiny home. The Little Brown Cottage

Keep it simple at this peaceful, 1950's cottage in Russell Springs. One bedroom has a queen sized bed & the other bedroom has a full sized bed. There is a full bathroom accessible through the master bedroom with a vintage tub & shower combination. It has a fully equipped kitchen with separate dining room. There are doorbell cameras but we will turn them off upon check-in. There is a large television in the living room but each bedroom has its own television with free high speed Wi-Fi.

The Cozy Cabell Cottage

It’s time for an adventure at our vacation rental, Cabell Cottage. With Lake Cumberland only 5 minutes away via the Cabell landing....really your boat is 5 minutes from being in the water; the cottage can be your base for all things fun on the lake (swimming, boating, and fishing). Did I CATCH your interest with fishing. However, if it’s a retreat you seek, the cottage is also for you as it sits in a quiet, very pretty, rural area of Wayne County, Kentucky, where 5 can sleep easily.

The Little FarmHouse

Historic farmhouse in a peaceful country setting. Home was built by World war 2 veteran! Kitchen has all your basic needs ;Crock pot, Coffee maker and toaster , washer and dryer for your convenience! The bathroom and one bedroom is on main floor and upstairs are 2 more bedrooms plus a tiny sunroom with a daybed and a trundle bed that’s great for kids. Lovely front porch where wildlife can often be seen! Convenient location with driveway right off of HWY 80 and 5 miles from town

One mile drive to Lake Cumberland Marina, this newly renovated, charming 3 bedroom, 2 full baths, - sleeps 6 people. The open concept kitchen has all new appliances. Bedroom 1 has full bed; Bedroom 2 has full size bed. Master suite with queen bed and attached bath with tub and double sink. There is a twin sleeper sofa in the living room. The complete outdoor living space includes outdoor seating, a table for 8, grill, and fire. Watch the sunrise from the back porch.

Located in the Eli community of Russell Springs, 3.5 miles from Lake Cumberland Marina (formerly Alligator 1 and 2 boat ramps). We are within 2 doors of Eli Country Store to gas up your boat or fill your coolers, and Eli Country Cafe to eat after a fun day in the sun. Both are within walking distance. Easy access and spacious boat parking to recharge your batteries and wash your boat. We added a fire pit and seating area in 2026.

Nice, newly renovated 4 bedroom, 2 bath house with lots of room for entertainment. Large kitchen/dining room with room for 12+. Perfect house for indoor and outdoor living. In town and just a short driving distance to either Jamestown Marina or Lake Cumberland Marina. Nice 30’ driveway with a place to charge your boat. New for 2023 we now have a fire pit and new outdoor furniture for more indoor/outdoor living space!
