Both bathrooms have regular bath/showers. Plenty of parking, home sits on 1.7 acres. 205 East Maryland, Ruston, La.back yard is fenced and can accommodate pets. No more than 8 guest

The simple life!! Quaint little house just close enough, and yet far enough away from the city bustle. Lake Claiborne and Lake D'Arbonne are nearby, for fishing or watersport, and there is ample parking for the boat. Situated on 6.5 acres of a variety of trees, the property includes a hiking path around the perimeter, a seasonal creek, and occasional wildlife. Plenty of parking, inclusive of two covered spaces and room for an RV if needed. Very special and unique features for the area.

There’s stocked firewood for campfires, board games, & propane for grilling!
