Situated on its own piece of paradise on Lake Adger, this lakefront home is the perfect getaway. Located behind the private gates of Lake Adger community, this newly built lakefront home has much to offer including lake access. Whether sitting on the back deck or on the private boat dock, you will be one with the beautiful lake and mountain scenery. Lake Adger is located in the heart the Blue Ridge Mountains. It is close to Hendersonville/Asheville area, between Tryon, Columbus & Lake Lure, NC.

Our cabin is in the gated Riverbend community on a quiet wooded lot and is very cozy and comfortable inside and out. It is perfect for a couple's getaway from city hustle and bustle. Wildlife abounds in the area. Inside are all the comforts of home, including a very comfortable Sealy memory foam king mattress. There is a big Ingles and several restaurants nearby. Chimney Rock and the lake (Lake Lure) are under repair and closed for the season. Our private lake is open and as pretty as ever.

Sugar Ranch Guest House is a 1940's farmhouse that has been restored and modernized. It's the original home on this 60 acre farm, which produced sugarcane, dairy products, and eggs; now it is a gentleman's horse, cattle, and chicken ranch. There is a fishing pond, paths, deer, geese, wild turkeys, fox, herons, squirrels, and songbirds. Country living five minutes from downtown Forest City, 25 minutes from Tryon International Equestrian Center, one hour from Asheville and Charlotte.
