Guests have use of an entire suite / a light, spacious bedroom in our annexe, just 10 m from a 16th century Elizabethan cottage in the very heart of Stamford. (High St. is barely 1 min walk away but the street is quiet, as it is an access only road) The annexe has a private entrance with 2 secure locks. Parking - free on site. Private en-suite bathroom & shower. Wifi, TV, microwave, kettle & light breakfast are provided (cereals/fruit) & guests are welcome to use our cottage kitchen & laundry.

Welcome to our home. We are a family of 4, with 2 children and an adorable labrador puppy called Millie. We know that finding accommodation for the Burghley Horse Trials can be impossible. We live a short drive (or a long but do-able walk) from Burghley House, and would love to welcome you into our home. Breakfast of your choice made for you. Free lifts to and from the trials. Share our lounge, kitchen, & dining room. 2 mins off A1, 1 mile west of Stamford. Parking. Fast internet.

We live in a Victorian town house and your double room is light and airy with a private shower room (no bath, and not en suite but just a few steps away across a small landing). It is a five minute walk to the town centre with its great choice of shops, pubs, restaurants etc. Public transport links are also nearby and we are a two minute walk to the local Waitrose store. Continental breakfast provided.
