Had a great weekend stay at Tamara’s house - everything was as described & check in quick & easy. Perfect location. Would definitely stay again!

Sarah's cottage was very very large and had everything we needed. It was very clean, easy to park, cozy and welcoming. the kitchen was huge! Sarah left very helpful instructions and tips on the neighborhood, as well as some very kind staple food items. The beds were super comfy and we really enjoyed our stay!

Stamford is one of my absolute favourite places to visit, with so much to see and do in such beautiful surroundings. Having used Airbnb for many years, I can honestly say that this was the loveliest place we have ever stayed in. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a perfect base to explore the magic of Stamford.

I stayed in Ashley and Lydia's apartment with my mum and dad last year and was so enamoured with the place that I knew I’d return. This time, I came with different family members, and once again, it did not disappoint. Both Ashley and Lydia went above and beyond to ensure we had another fantastic weekend. We will definitely be back

We loved our stay at Sally and Eamonn's place in Stamford. They were the perfect hosts and had thought of every little detail to ensure an extremely comfortable stay. Everything was in pristine condition, spotlessly clean and brilliantly conceived. You couldn't fault anything. We loved the proximity to the centre of Stamford and would very happily stay again. This was booked for my son and his wife. They were greeted on arrival by Cecille, and parking was secure and exclusive. They loved the location, especially the peace and quiet , and as gate took them straight to the water at Rutland. Its was also 5 mins from a lovely pub with food.

Cannot thank Maggie again for going above and beyond to make our stay so perfect: we have felt so welcomed and looked after yet with complete privacy. What a clean, comfortable, well equipped and just beautiful place to stay filled with natural light, surrounded by garden and yet right in the village and so close to bigger towns and Rutland Water. Thank you again!

Super top floor apartment with all the kit you need for 2 nights or 2 weeks. Would book again for sure.

Sophie's place in Stamford was an excellent base for visiting Stamford. The apartment is exactly how it is described and better. The location is great for a very short walk into town and all the restaurants and bars there. I will definitely look to Sophie's as my first choice on my next visit.

Fantastic apartments, some really stylish touches, luxury apartments as central as you could get. The hosts were very friendly and responsive, an all round great stay and we would love to come back, wish we had stayed longer.

St James Cottage is a perfect stay in a quiet village setting. Lovely homely touches including all you need for a complementary first night breakfast. Fresh milk , croissants, jam and juice. Tidy , clean and exceptionally well equipped. Well worth a walk around the village, as it’s beautiful. We had a drink in the Blue Bell Inn and it was very friendly.

We had the most wonderful time at The Old Bookshop. A book lover's paradise - you won't know where to start. The space is small but perfectly designed and so comfortable and relaxing. We have never stayed anywhere so beautifully done. The small kitchen is incredibly well equipped too - though worth noting there is only one hob, alongside an oven and an air fryer. The bed is comfy and the bedroom is lovely and dark with a great shower! You are on the high street (although at the quiet end), so it's quite funny having people looking through the window thinking it is a shop. There are however some helpful privacy blinds that allow you to see out but others can't see in. We'd be back in a heartbeat!

A great place to rest. It met our needs exactly and we hope to be able to return.

Healey House Annex is an excellent Airbnb. The accommodation is spacious, super clean and well equipped. What sets it apart is all the little extras Martin provides. Martin is a great host and more than deserves his super host status. Braunston is a delightful village and the views from the accommodation are magnificent. This place is an ideal base to explore everything Rutland has to offer.

Amazing place! We stayed here for work for a couple of nights over the weekend! All prior communication was fab, easy check in, spotless perfect accommodation, very well finished and immaculately clean! Lovely little extras which made us feel right at home especially whilst working (thank you for the treats!) - 11/10 fab!! Thank you!

We had a fantastic few days at Mayfield. Sue was a great host, always quick to respond and very helpful. Mayfield was extremely comfortable and everything was top quality. The conservatory and back garden are a real haven of tranquillity and made for a really peaceful and relaxing few days. Sue had left us lots of little extras and there was a fabulous selection of teas too! It was an easy, short walk into Oakham which was great. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sue’s place.
