Use of the onsite indoor swimming pool, gym, crazy golf, bowls, pitch & putt, table tennis and squash are included for 4 guests. There is also spa and the newly renovated 'Blossoms' restaurant.

Rutland Passivhaus Stay

A super insulated house designed to the Passivhaus Standard. Located in Whitwell Village on the north shore of Rutland Water. Space offered is a self-contained double bedroom with a separate shower room and entrance. Parking is provided. Tea, coffee and breakfast items are provided including fresh fruit. Please note that the room does not have direct views to Rutland Water but the water is just a short 14 minute walk away or easily enjoyed from the garden of the main house.

Oak Tree Annexe

Oak Tree Annexe is set in a secluded and secure walled garden. You can park for free directly outside the house and will be staying in one of Rutland’s most desirable villages. Set on the fabulous cycle route around the water and with access to great walks directly from the house or a short drive away it’s a perfect location for exploring Rutland. Our village pub is a 3 minute stroll, serves food 7 days a week and offers our guests a 10% discount on their meals.

Available from Friday the 4th September - Friday 11th September. Burley Horse Trials are from 3rd Sept to 6th Sept. This beautiful A frame log cabin, situated on and overlooking Rutland Water this cabin is within the grounds of the newly renovated Rutland Hall Hotel and Spa, swimming pool, spa, gym, snooker, c-golf are free of charge for 4 guests. Hair dressing, massage, and restaurant are available. There are good restaurants on site and in the surrounding area.

Cottesmore Lodge

A detached timber-framed lodge, with three bedrooms sleeping six people. On the ground floor there is a double with ensuite, twin bedroom and family bathroom with separate WC. The first floor features a second twin bedroom, an open plan living area, kitchen, and balcony. Arrivals are available on Mondays or Fridays. You can choose to stay for: - 3 nights (Friday to Monday) - 4 nights (Monday to Friday) - 7 nights (Monday to Monday or Friday to Friday)
