Downstairs through the hallway is an open plan kitchen/dining/ sitting room leading to a private patio with table and chairs. Upstairs is a double bedroom, twin bedroom, a small third bedroom with a single very comfy futon bed, and a bathroom with sink, toilet and a shower bath.
