Nice place with all amenities necessary. 10 min walk to the centre. Comfy bed. Hot yoga studio 1 min walk away :-) We will be back!

Paul and Maggi were great hosts. They went out of their way to meet and greet me and were extremely helpful during my stay. I’ve stayed in many Airbnb properties but this one has to be one of my favourites. The location is very private and peaceful and I felt very relaxed during my stay. I’m sure I will return at some point.

What an incredible stay! Very convenient for our intended stay, and great value for money! Upon meeting Brian, he was very friendly and incredibly helpful in regards to showing us how to work everything in the home. It’s a lovely little secluded place with excellent restaurants and pubs in the area, and it’s right next to a walking track which could provide ample enjoyment for those who love to stretch their legs. Would love to come and stay again!

Lovely cosy cabin in idyllic location, perfect for a weekend get away. Cabin was very clean and equipped with everything you need. Hot tub was such a nice addition and perfect to watch the sunset. Would definitely recommend and would return 😊

We really enjoyed our stay - the pod was comfortable and well equipped, and onsite management team were friendly and helpful. Beautiful location, very quiet; and lots of things to do in the local area. I suspect we will return in the future!

Mariners is a lovely beach house, fairly cosy size but plenty big enough for 2 adults, 2 teenage children and a golden retriever. Only a few minutes down to a lovely huge beach. Would certainly visit again.

Thank you Colin for a lovely weekend! The cabin was beautiful- pristinely clean and very well thought-out with lots of lovely little touches to make staying there comfortable. Colin was also extremely kind and flexible with our booking- I broke my toe right before we were originally supposed to stay and he let us rearrange with no fuss- as it was such short notice he had no obligation to do this so it was extremely appreciated! Our trip when it eventually came around was well worth the wait, Colin's instructions made everything very easy and we had a very peaceful and relaxing weekend!

this stay was perfect. the drive past Barnard castle is beautiful with loads of little cafes/pubs/shops ect in the village. On arrival it was super easy to check in and everything we needed was provided. host Julia was so friendly and responsive and made both me and my partner feel so welcome. will be back again!

Ashley’s place was perfect for a secluded escape in the countryside. The hut was very peaceful and private- just us and the sheep. The inside of the hut was beautifully decorated and well thought out. We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor fires on an evening. Ashley was friendly, and gave us great recommendations for walks and pubs. Both pubs were 20 minutes walk away, across picturesque routes. We will be back!

Lovley, clean, cosy, private lodge. Pub just at the end of the path. Everything we needed for a short break. Just needed a mop as my lemonade sprayed and the dog and us had muddy feet from the garden path so had to use a towel to clean the floor but no issue Brilliant dog walks in the woods and nice to come back in the hot tub and relax. Thank you. Just what we needed. Lovley tranquil night away from life. 😊

A fantastic little lodge on the grounds of their beautiful home! There was plenty of secure space for dogs to run around and play. The lodge it's self was clean, had absolutely everything you could ever need, a clean well stocked kitchen with all the utilities you will need. The bed was really comfortable and clean too. The hosts were absolutely fantastic with us, so friendly and accomodating and will gladly provide any information you need. We would recommend this to anyone and would definitely come back again.

We had the most amazing weekend at The Hut in The Wild! Everything was exactly as described, such a peaceful, scenic location, perfect to unwind and relax! Susi is so friendly and made us feel right at home! We will definitely be back :)

We really enjoyed our night away in our cosy little shepherds hut. The surroundings were stunning and our hut was absolutely spotless. It was in a great location. We enjoyed a lovely meal in a local pub only 10 minutes drive away. The hot tub was definitely worth the extra £50. It was lovely and hot as we kept adding the logs on the fire. It was a lovely relaxing experience and amanda was a great host. Very helpful and recommended places to eat nearby. We just wish we booked an extra night. We will be returning in the future. Braisty cabins with Gemma was a amazing stay. Perfect weekend away with lots of walks around and a short ride to brimham rocks. The surroundings was beautiful and the accommodation was amazing and clean. The hot tub just topped it off for relaxing after a day of walking.

we had such a relaxing a peaceful stay, the site was well maintained, equipped and quiet. the hot tub was hot on arrival, all information provided in a folder, games room, fire pit, kitchen equipment, plenty of cleaning products to keep the place clean. we would 100% come back again.

Beautiful place to stay with beautiful scenery! The boys are absolutely beautiful and the goats are such a vibe!! Well worth the money.

We had a lovely trip staying in the shepherds hut for a few nights. beautiful scenery all around, a good chat with Fiona about farm life and seeing the lambs, spying all the different types of birds on the farm. No phone signal and a few days in nature does wonders for you. Very happy with our stay.
