Il s'agit d'une visite a l' Alcazar en groupe réduit, plus personalisée que d'habitude, avec un maximum de 8 personnes. Je vous offre une vraie expérience, plus personalisée où les questions sont évidemment toujours bienvenues. Nous nous retrouverons dans la zone principale monumentale de Séville. Au point de rendez- vous, on fera une introduction historique de la ville et du monument et nous verrons les premiers vestiges de ce complexe de palais, qui reste aujourd'hui hors de la visite touristique. Après notre rencontre et une fois l'introduction faîte,nous entrerons dans l'Alcazar par la ligne rapide. Une fois à l'intérieur, je vous donnerai des explications sur la Salle de la Justice et le patio de la Plâtrerie. Vous serez fascinés par les décorations et les histoires qui ce sont déroulées ici. Ensuite, nous verrons la Chambre du Commerce et la Salle de l'Amiral et vous découvrirez l'importance de Séville et de l'Alcazar lors de la découverte et de la conquête des Amériques. Notre prochain arrêt sera au Palais mudéjar construit par Pierre I au XIV siècle. Le mélange des différents styles mauresques avec l'atmosphère chrétienne a fait que chaque roi voulait laisser son héritage dans cette forteresse. La dernière partie du palais que nous visiterons sera le palais gothique, le premier bâtiment chrétien de l'Alcazar construit après la reconquête. Pour finir, nous nous dirigerons vers les magnifiques jardins pour terminer notre visite guidée de 2 heures aux thermes de Maria Padilla. Ensuite, vous aurez tout le temps nécessaire pour explorer le jardin à votre rythme.

When you meet us, you will realize that you couldn't find this experience with someone else. Bike tours are fine but an electric scooter tour is unique. After being instructed on how to use our electric scooters and have given you a test run we will start the tour. First I will give a brief history of Spain and its importance nowadays, as well as encouraging you to take photos and ask questions along the way. From here we will explore the most important and beautiful parts of Seville, as the little squares that only the locals can find between the narrow streets of the Jewish quarter. Meanwhile, you will learn about the area's and the building's importance and history. After the tour, you will not only be showing pictures of Seville to friends and family but also able to tell them more about this impressive city.

Before the begining of the show, you can enjoy watching a video about the Flamenco. Then and during this show, you will learn first-hand about the different styles of flamenco and you will surely be surprised at both the dance and the sound of the flamenco guitar, in an intimate and close way. At the end, you can meet the artist, take photos with them, and also, take a gift.

From BarroAzul we offer a workshop in which we will tell you where the Seville pottery tradition comes from, what are the ceramic techniques practiced over centuries and whose fame has transcended our borders. So, how do we do it? Firstly, we will tell you a little about the history of Sevillian ceramics. Next, you will be given a practical demonstration of Triana's main ceramic decoration techniques. You will be shown several of the oldest techniques for making 'Cuerda Seca', 'Arista' and 'Painted tile' tiles and you will have the opportunity to paint with yourself. Then, you will decorate your own tiles with two different techniques to take home with you. Other aspects to consider You can take your tiles with you, but YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT AT LEAST until 7:00 p.m. the next day. But if you can´t, don´t worry, we'll ship them and you can pay after. Our level of English is basic, please be patient with us.

Un surfkate est une planche à roulettes qui vous permet de glisser dans les rues comme une vague sur une planche de surf. Les mouvements sont absolument intuitifs et faciles à apprendre. En nuestro punto de encuentro junto a la Catedral os mostraré las reglas básicas para circular en bicicleta en la ciudad de Sevilla, ya que a pesar de que la ciudad cuenta con más de 500km de carril bici, en algunos lugares compartiremos vías con los peatones. Una vez que hayamos ajustado la altura de nuestro sillín, nos dirigiremos al Rio Guadalquivir donde os contaré un resumen histórico de la ciudad, comentado las diferentes civilizaciones que han vivido en Sevilla, como la influencia que han aportado a nuestra cultura. Posteriormente, pedalearemos hasta el Parque de Maria Luisa donde disfrutaremos de sus jardines y de la imponente Plaza de España, para mí uno de los mejores lugares para tomar fotos de la ciudad. En la segunda mitad del tour, volveremos al centro histórico, donde os contaré las particularidades de la Real Fabrica de Tabacos y pasaremos al Archivo de Indias, que nada tiene que ver con la India, para terminar frente al Alcazar y la Catedral, donde os mostraré rincones y secretos que no os podéis perder de los dos monumentos más históricos de la ciudad.

Nous allons nous promener sur la plage à l'aube, nous ferons l'exercice de respiration que j'ai développé depuis plus de 30 ans. Je vous aiderai à marcher correctement , en utilisant le parfum psoas iliaque pour élever vos jambes et ainsi découvrir comment commence également le cycle respiratoire, nous le coordonnerons avec l'éclaircissement, l'exaltation et une apnée avec les poumons vides, tout en comptant sur les étapes. Nous ferons un exercice de respiration qui est basé sur le Nisshesha Rechaka du Pranayama yoguico. ou respiration triangulaire. La pratique de la promenade et la respiration consciente vous aideront à vivre plus longtemps dans le monde réel, à entrer en contact avec les merveilles de la vie dans le moment présent ; ainsi vous nourrirez et guérirez votre corps et votre esprit.
