During the tour, we will slowly cruise up the Cinque Terre coast, stopping in front of each village to give you the opportunity to take photos of the villages from the sea, which is hands down, the best way to capture each village's beauty. Once we reach Monterosso, we will turn around and slowly head back to Riomaggiore. With the sun setting behind us, you will have the perfect view to capture magnificent photos. During the tour, you can sip on bubbles and enjoy homemade focaccia from the local baker, made fresh daily and a must-try food while in the Cinque Terre. You can also jump in the sea for a sunset dip during the tour. Take a deep breath, and enjoy the paradise that surrounds you. In a unique trip, away from the tourist flow, you will paddle in the wonderful landscape of the Cinque Terre (Unesco site) and Portovenere shores and you will discover the amazing history of Cinque Terre and its secrets from a really different point of view. This experience is doable for everybody, from beginners to skilled kayakers.

This experience will offer you the opportunity to approach the “sacred stone” that  accompanies our work and our lives, shape the Marble by involving all 5 senses: observe the matter, recognize its facets, follow its evolution and enjoy its final transformation, caress it, let it talk to you and guide you in the process, smell its aromas of sun and rain moss. Moisten your lips at the end of the day: you will discover that it will taste new. We'll find us at the meeting point, a place really close to the lab, we'll reach togheter the workshop's area where you'll meet the master sculptor Marco. After the introduction by the master sculptor, who will accompany each participant in the activity, we will proceed to a brief but complete sculpture experience: you will try to work a piece of marble with manual and pneumatic tools. we will have breaks during class hours where you can drink coffee, water or tea, use the toilets, take pictures. Once you become familiar with the subject, you will dedicate the last minutes to the engraving of a marble scale that you can take away as a souvenir of the experience! After the lesson we will take you back to the meeting point. Other things to note If it rains, the experience will be canceled. Please remember that we are on the mountain, the ground is rocky. We have kitchen and toilet. Dangerous behaviors will not be tolerated

Parma is bike-friendly city! The bike is the ideal means of transport to discover the ducal city with its parks, monuments, history and charm. I want suggest you an half day bike tour to enjoy my city and our typical products! We start early morning (at 8:30) or in the afternoon (at 3pm) to visit a Parmigiano Reggiano cheese factory to see all production chain, the different rooms and the huge storage with inside a lot of wheels!!! There is also a tasting of 3 different Parmigiano Reggiano ages. The cost for the tasting is not included in the experience: 8€ per person in the morning and 6€ per person in the afternoon. Free for kids under 12 years. After, we ride the bike in the countryside to see our crops and our nature! We come back in the city through a bike lane near the river and visit the city center with our bikes through its restricted traffic zones. My guests will enjoy one of the best views of the hillside in Cinque Terre, enjoy local specialties and listen to my Bach played live on the piano. The focus of this year, 2024, will be J. S. Bach's Goldberg Variations and Six Partitas. I will welcome my guests into my property, inside the Cinque Terre National Park, where they will visit a young vineyard, learn about the building techniques of the old dry stone walls that are peculiar to this area and hear some historical background of what makes our area so unique. Afterwards, they will enjoy a full lunch or dinner, a selection of wines and my homemade lemon liqueurs while enjoying classical piano music played live. I provide transportation for a maximum of 10 guests per session, from Riomaggiore and back, at my expense. The whole event will take place outdoors, on my terrace above the vines. If the weather does not allow for an enjoyable outdoor setting the event will be cancelled and our guests entirely reimbursed. Bring along your camera, drinking water and an umbrella/blanket according to the weather.

We will meet up in Manarola, and after a quick walk through the village, which will be nice and quiet in the morning, we will start our adventure by taking a deep breath and hiking up to Volastra, a wonderful hamlet as far off the beaten path as you can get in this area. The hike is straight uphill and it will make you sweat, we promise! There will be plenty of visual rewards along the path, though, because you will get the most spectacular views of Manarola and the sea, almost like you were a drone (only without flying off the rocks!). Then, after approximately 1 hour, we will reach our destination. And there, only there, will you feel like you have earned your well deserved wine tasting. We will drink the wine of one of the greatest local winemakers right on his vineyard while looking at the Mediterranean directly below, almost touching the sky and rejoicing in the power of nature. After the wine tasting, our experience is finished. From Volastra, you can choose to continue on the trail to Corniglia, the next Cinque Terre town, go back down the trail to Manarola, or take the eco-bus down to Manarola at a cost of 2.50 per person. Rain can be serious in the Cinque Terre, so if it is raining too heavily, or if the National Park issues a weather alert, we won't be able to do the hike. In that case, we will take the bus up to Volastra at an additional cost of 2.50 per person.

Immerse yourself in the Tuscan countryside with 3 different experiences! We will meet in Florence, an authorized driver will take you to our farm in just 35 minutes. What will we do? 1 - Walk among country fields, ancient olive trees and vineyards, enjoy the landscape, the plants, the explanation of our history, an occasion to take photos in the suggestive setting.
Maybe you will meet our funny domesticated pig! In September taste the grapes! 2 - Visit the cellar and taste 5 organic Tuscan wines: white & red, aged directly from the barrel, and "vin santo" a traditional sweet wine. Then you can taste olive oil, we will delight you with a short film about our mission. You have the opportunity to buy wines at cellar prices, or order them to ship. 3 The last part is dedicated to making fresh pasta, with Raffaella or Laura, they teach the secrets to make pasta like Spaghetti or Ravioli! The pasta will be mixed and cooked together with that of the others, it will not be possible to do individual cooking. Of course, we will eat them together at a long table as in an Italian family. During lunch will be served our wine. One of our co-hosts will make sure that you can be the protagonist! We will be about 16 participants. Transport by van, with driver, from Florence is included. Attention: the return is by train to Florence, the most ecological and comfortable way to avoid traffic.

This photographic experience includes professional portraits in Manarola or Riomaggiore. The photoshoot will take around one hour and is suitable for individuals, couples, families, and friends. Your photographs will be captured on state of the art, full-frame, professional equipment. The best photographs are often the ‘in between’ moments and for this reason, I won’t narrow your photographs down to a tiny selection. From a one-hour session, you can expect to receive roughly 100+ edited images. The shoot will be planned with your preferences in mind to include the best locations for the time of day and year. Impara a preparare la salsa più famosa del mondo: il PESTO!! Facciamo tutto a mano con pestello e mortaio, usando solo ingredienti selezionati! Io ho imparato a fare il pesto dalla nonna Linda, è così gustoso e semplice che sicuramente lo rifarete centinaia di volte a casa con gli amici, vi basta qualche piccolo segreto! Saremo in una tipica cantina delle Cinque Terre, arredata con sasso e legno, un tuffo nella Vernazza ottocentesca! Prepareremo il pesto nel mortaio e lo mangeremo come pranzo alle 12,30 con la pasta e come merenda alle 15,00/17,30 con pane o focaccia, degusteremo 3 vini bianchi Cinque Terre DOC e abbineremo 3 oli extravergini liguri a pane, focaccia e formaggio! Se avete allergie al glutine abbiamo crackers/pasta gluten-free, se non bevete alcolici sono disponibili soft drinks. SOLO PER LA VERSIONE DELLE ORE 12,30 mangeremo la pasta dentro al mortaio e finiremo il pranzo con limoncino fatto con limoni di Vernazza e cioccolato, se volete questa versione in altri orari comunicatecelo direttamente.

Benvenuti nella nostra esperienza! Con i due capitani Steeven e Christian partiremo dalla marina di Riomaggiore per andare al seguente villaggio Manarola e proseguire (soffermandosi in ogni villaggio dal mare,  per fare tante belle foto,  tutto questo sempre vicino alla costa), proseguiremo  verso Corniglia, unico villaggio che si trova a 100 metri dal livello del mare ,faremo una sosta per nuotare insieme ai pesci e fare dello snorkeling ,a bordo ti offriremo del prosecco ,coca-cola o acqua e degli snack come la focaccia ligure, arriveremo a Vernazza uno dei villaggi più amati dai turisti, e infine andremo verso Monterosso, il villaggio più grande, ed ammireremo Monterosso dal mare, Torneremo indietro sempre vicino alla costa per ammirare il sole che tramonta e torneremo  indietro con calma.

Do you like Pesto? This is the right class for you to learn how to make it from scratch by mortar ad pestle, according to the traditional technique and to the recipe of my grandmother. My dog Ettore and I will welcome you with glass of prosecco and when Pesto will be ready you can taste it with a plate of testaroli (a traditional kind of pasta that looks like a thick crepe) which with its taste will let you forget the stairs you took to get to my kitchen. Between pleasant chats you will discover the history and tradition behind which the flavors of Ligurian cuisine are hidden. This experience is recommended for 2 or more people. NOTE: Genovese pesto is NOT vegan and NOT suitable for people with nut intolerance or severe gluten intolerance (we can use an alternative packed gluten-free crackers or similar but cross-contamination is inevitable).

Our daytime tour starts from Riomaggiore, which is the southernmost village in the Cinque Terre. We slowly make our way up the coast to Monterosso. We will stop in front of every village to snap photos from the boat. Don't forget to bring your swimsuit and towel because we'll be stopping for a swim during the tour (for those who choose to). After we have arrived in Monterosso, we'll head offshore so you can see the entire Cinque Terre coast and this beautiful perspective as we head back to Riomaggiore. With a maximum of 11 guests, our tours are intimate. Please note we do not offer food or drink on our day tours, but feel free to bring your own! Your captains are either Yuri or Beppe, both born and raised captains in the Cinque Terre. Get ready to have a great time and good laugh.

The tour start from the little dock of Manarola, at the same dock from where the ferries to Cinque Terre depart aboard an 8-meter open boat. It runs along the 5 villages from Manarola towards Monterosso. Arriving at Guvano beach, behind Corniglia, we stop for the first swim break; with snorkeling equipment you can admire the clear waters and the local fish. It starts again with a panoramic view of the coast and all the various types of sedimentary rocks, explanations on the paths and the type of wine produced, another swim stop after the view of the seaside village of Vernazza to then reach the last of the 5 lands, Monterosso. After the view of the village and the beaches, the route is reversed to return to Riomaggiore, another swim stop one mile from the coast, drinking good prosecco, waiting for the sunset to then return to Manarola

Impasteremo pasta fresca di diverso tipo: corzetti,trenette,gnocchi,testaroli o trofie, utilizzando utensili tradizionali ed impareremo le tecniche per modellarla. Dopodiché prepareremo il famoso pesto con gli ingredienti autentici, ovviamente con l'uso di mortaio e pestello! Ti accoglieremo con un aperitivo/spuntino di benvenuto nella nostra meravigliosa location, un giardino fiorito a due passi dalla stazione di Genova Piazza Principe e una volta preparato il nostro piatto pranzeremo insieme.

We will follow the cheese production process step by step, side by side with the expert master cheesemaker. We will see the master cheesemaker’s deft movements during the breaking of the curd with the “spino” and the delicate cooking phase during which the heat is skillfully controlled to expel water from the granules. We will discover ancient tools and modern materials, method and passion, a magical combination that leads to the creation of Parmigiano-Reggiano every morning. We will observe the light yellow reflections on the water in the silent salting room and the infinite shades of yellow in the fragrant warehouse! Visiting a Parmigiano cheese dairy is a joy for all the senses and a memory that can last a lifetime. At the end of this experience, Parmigiano-Reggiano taste will always bring back memories of the passion and the marvels encountered along the way. Tutti i sabato e domenica appuntamento alle 10,50 presso la statua di Piazza San Michele. Una volta formato il gruppo la guida inizierà a raccontare storie, leggende e meraviglie di Lucca conducendovi per il centro storico per conoscere i segreti della città nascosti in edifici, chiese, negozi.. L'itinerario termina al Duomo (ingresso incluso) che racchiude i tesori di Lucca. Visiteremo 2 aziende vinicole rappresentative del territorio della provincia di Lucca, dopo aver toccato con mano le vigne e visitato le cantine, degusteremo i vini prodotti in abbinamento a prodotti locali. A 25 kms bike ride including a wine tasting in a local farm, discovering the Piana di Lucca and the rural areas that surround it, rich in olive groves and vineyards, where some of the best olive oils and wines of Tuscany are produced. Starting from the city center, you will find yourself immersed in the quiet of Lucca’s countryside in the blink of an eye, riding up to the foot of the most evocative hills of the area, where you will visit a local farm that will offer a generous wine tasting and a snack based on typical products of Lucca. The ride will take place along secondary roads, mainly flat and away from traffic on our e-bikes

Nous voyagerons ensemble dans le temps et découvrirons des angles cachés de Gênes. Nous découvrirons sa beauté et son charme. Connu sous le nom de Superbe du Moyen Âge à la Renaissance; centre important du baroque. Célèbre lors du Grand Tour, au point d'être choisie comme ville où passer plus de temps et source d'inspiration pour les écrivains, poètes, chanteurs et acteurs. Viens aussi avec moi ressentir certaines de leurs émotions !! Nous nous retrouverons dans la maison Columbus pour entrer dans la ville à travers les murs de la Barbarossa (1100 ac). Ensemble, nous découvrirons une place cachée au passé dramatique, nous découvrirons l'origine de Gênes, sa signification et son lieu de naissance. Juste après, nous découvrirons qui était Embriaco, un héros de la ville et une église précieuse. Nous allons parcourir des carrés particuliers avec des noms évocateurs. Nous connaîtrons l'histoire d'une belle dame qui a inspiré Botticelli. Après une pause autour d'une glace, nous visiterons la cathédrale, verrons l'arbre qui fait fortune à la ville, verrons où vivait Einstein. Nous découvrirons la place San Matteo avec ses légendes et ses trésors. Notre visite se terminera à la Piazza de Ferrari et au Palais des Doges, où Paganini était en prison et sont sculptés les ennemis de la République. Vous aurez l'occasion de prendre des photos sous des angles particuliers Autres remarques Nous ferons le tour également en cas de pluie. Gita in barca con aperitivo al tramonto tra musica, amici e una vista unica. Orario abbastanza flessibile, tendenzialmente partenza verso le 6,30 per esplorare la riviera di Portofino con l'ultimo sole, bagni senza limiti nelle calette più nascoste e rinomate tra Santa Margherita, Portofino, San Fruttuoso e Camogli; per finire con un aperitivo mozzafiato al tramonto nel posto che vi è piaciuto di più. La serata si conclude con un rientro verso ill punto di partenza verso le 9 mentre il sole cala e ci regala dei colori unici. Le barche sono 3: - 'Salpa Solei 18' un Gommone di 6 metri del 2023 dotato di ogni confort quali doccetta, frigo, stereo Bluetooth e doppio prendisole. - 'Patrone 23' un tipico gozzo Ligure di 7 metri completamente restaurato nel 2021 che quindi dispone di ogni comfort: Tendalino parasole, impianto audio bluetooth, doccetta di acqua dolce, grande prendisole e doppio frigo. La barca può ospitare comodamente fino a 6 ospiti più lo skipper che vi permetterà di vivere l'esperienza al meglio. - Il nuovo 'Levanzo 25', 8 metri di barca con ben due motori da 200cv l'uno. La barca è dotata di ogni confort a partire dalla doccia, un Tendalino parasole, un grande frigo, un impianto audio e grandi cuscinerie.
