Our job is not to fill your heads with names and numbers, but instead we want to make you proud of the fact that you have discovered Tallinn - the hidden pearl of the Baltic Sea! We will explore the expectations of your trip and your particular interests to then go ahead to different parts of the city and explore it, capturing unforgettable moments as we chat about the nordic culture. I won't force you to pose but I will rather be with you to capture natural and candid shots. At some places we will focus a little more on capturing you and your group and I will of course direct the shots to get your best you! We can also grab some beer, an ice cream or a snack and celebrate your trip. You will get between 20-40 professionally and high quality edited photos of your experience within 48-96 hours via Pixieset. Do you know the taste of a fresh butter baked Danish pastry? A professional pastry chef with many years of experience will guide you through the different baking techniques and tips including kneading, rolling and folding the dough with butter. We will make a selection of traditional and delicious Danish pastries (Wienerbrød). The course will have a break with coffee/tea where you can try some of your Danish pastries and exchange your cultural/baking experiences. You can bring the rest of them home to share with your family. You work in stations of 2 so if you book this alone, please be aware that you will be paired with another baking enthusiast. But this is also a great chance to meet new people. Recipes: Very detailed recipes will be sent to your email after the class, so it is important that you leave your email-address. This also means that you can concentrate on the baking part and take great pictures of your lovely pastries. Children: From 11 years old are welcome in the class if with a paying adult. From the age of 13 years, a child can participate alone - but please contact me before booking so that I can confirm. I only accept paying participants in the kitchen. After a few safety instructions you will ride on to your first food stop on the tour. Here, you will start off by having an award-winning hot dog in true Danish fashion. You can enjoy riding on some of the best urban bike lanes of the world, while riding on to your next stop. Next, you will visit one of the best food markets the city has to offer, where you will try a traditional Danish fish-meatball, as well as a locally brewed beer. This is then followed by a delicious Danish chocolate dessert called Flødebolle. Your guide will entertain with some storytelling while you enjoy your tastings. Your group will continue to a restaurant that serves some delicious Danish Smørrebrød, which are open faced sandwiches made with the freshest ingredients you can find. We'll cook the meal together, while getting to know each other and answering any questions so that our guests get to have 'local' knowledge of the country, the city and the food. Then we will have a meal together and share some local stories. This workshop is an introduction into how we taste and the key attributes we look for when evaluating coffee. It's a fun, interactive way to begin to understand how we best use our sense of smell and taste to evaluate coffee. Designed for coffee enthusiasts or those just getting into better quality coffee and wishing to explore their palate. Don't worry if you can't pose, I will direct you, but the poses will still look natural. We will meet at Riddarholmen (near the ships), and take a walk around this beautiful islet which offers a great view of the City Hall, picture-perfect views of Södermalm and features a gorgeous church. After, we will go to the old town, where we will take photos in colorful cobbled alleys, a beautiful hidden square, and we end up at the famous square Stortorget. This route features stunning architecture,, and I will be photographing you in the most flattering light available. Feel free to bring a change of clothing if you want. I will welcome you in my home so not only you get a chance to meet the Swedish culture at home from a swede but also you get to know the ingredients and it’s origin and what we will make from it. I will present the traditional Swedish baking and give you the chance to make for exemple Cinnamon buns and Cardamom buns. This is a hands-on-experience where you do the baking and of course I will instruct you step by step. Seasonal variations will be offered, for example, we Can bake ginger bread and Saffron buns closer to Christmas and during the year there are some other variations. Cinnamon and Cardamon buns are the base. I will introduce you into the whole process of making supergood buns and to conclude we take a coffee or Thea and eat some of what we have made.
