    Spring bank is one of the most luxurious areas in Calgary. This home is quite private, clean, modern and large enough to fit large groups. The Master bedroom has a king sealys bed, 75"led samsung TV, jacuzzi tub with double showers for his and hers, double his and her sinks. This home is also located in the private and upscale area of Spring bank. Average home is 1.5M in his area. The main floor area includes, 65" TV, High speed wifi throughout home, island with 4 stools, 2 dining areas and 2 living rooms. 1 room with folding bed couch and office. The 2nd floor includes 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath in master bed with Jacuzzi and cable TV. Bonus room with 2 folding couches 65" TV with cable. 2x bunk beds with AC.   • Omatseye's townhouse was the perfect place for us to stay while we completed renovations on our nearby house. The location was convenient, it was clean and had all the conveniences of home. He was very accomodating with the extra parking we needed and both he and Jenn (property manager) were quick to respond any time we needed anything. I would highly recommend Omatseye's place for anyone needing to stay in the west side of Calgary or those visiting for downtown events (walking distance to train) or day trips to the mountains.

    Our place is great for families w/children, couples, solo adventurers & business travelers. We are located just off the #8 hwy to Bragg Creek & beautiful Kananaskis Country. We have one small dog named Mo who is very affectionate & loves to greet everyone! We luv entertaining yr round & in the summer riding our Fat Boy (Harley) & rollerblading. The Grey Eagle Casino is 5 mins from our place offering live events year round. Canada Olympic Park (COP) is 10 mins from us for skiing & snowboarding.
    Relax and unwind on our back deck after a day of enjoying mountain activities or Calgary's awesome downtown. The deck includes a BBQ, hot tub, a full patio set & in the warmer months, a gazebo with comfy seating. (Please note that hot tub use must be requested, as we prefer to handle operation of the unit.) We provide R.O. (Reverse Osmosis) water for drinking, soft water for shower, bath, & laundry, and clean, purified air indoors courtesy of Ariix. Just ask us for more info if you are interested in great health & wellness products including a water bottle with filter that will allow you to scoop up water from ANY non-salt water source for clean, drinkable water. Especially great for all outdoor enthusiasts & world travelers.
    Our neighbourhood is kid-friendly and quiet after 10 pm. We are located on a quiet cul-de-sac. There are pubs, restaurants and grocery stores nearby, both by foot and by car. We are happy to provide directions to our favorite spots to eat and drink. Griffith Woods is just down the hill from us. A beautiful place to walk/hike or float down the Elbow River.

  • This is a spacious and beautiful home conveniently located in a quiet neighbourhood near many amenities such as the Westside Rec Centre, Westhills and Signal Hill shops, and beautiful Sunterra Market. This house is also close to downtown. We are a family of 4 and it was more space than we needed. However, it was wonderful to enjoy a bit of luxury in this wonderful house. It made our stay in Calgary even more enjoyable. The host, Raj, was friendly, courteous and easy to communicate with. Would love to stay here again and highly recommend this beautiful home to others.

  • This is a luxurious home in a very upscale neighbourhood. The LRT station is very close which makes trips downtown very convenient. Raj was great to deal with and check-in and check-out were very smooth. The home is spacious and well-equipped. Deck has views of the rockies. The home is well positioned for your visit to Banff and Lake Louise. A couple of things you need to know: You will not have access to the basement. If you are cooking for a large group there are fairly limited pots and bowls. All in all a fantastic house and a great host.

    West end luxury, easy access to downtown, a quick getaway to the Rocky Mountains west of town. Business traveler friendly. Restaurants, groceries, shops, banks, gas station, etc. within a five minute walk. Calgary transit access a block away (a short bus ride to the C-train 69th Street Station). See the many local attractions or head west of Calgary to the Rocky Mountains. Banff is only one hour away by car. Make my home your home base for your stay in Calgary.
    This is my personal one bedroom, luxury condo apartment style suite. The condo is about 15 kilometers from downtown but there is easy and direct access either by bus/C-train or by car. Beautiful well treed neighbourhood with pathways and ponds right outside the suite. Relax on the patio with a gas barbeque. The suite is fully furnished. Large bedroom with a queen size bed, a small dresser and some shelves. An additional guest can sleep on the couch in the living room if necessary. Full size bathroom with tub/shower. Full size kitchen with all the appliances. Full size washer/dryer in-suite. There is a flat screen tv with HD PVR and cable stations. Wifi is provided.
    I live in the west end of Calgary, a relatively new area of the city so everything is clean and modern. Rolling hills, ponds, forested pathways, birds, animals (deer, coyotes, rabbits, etc.) just out the door. In the greater Calgary area there are many must see attractions, for example, the Calgary Stampede (July 6-15, 2018), the Calgary Zoo, Telus World of Science, Heritage Park, Winsport (Calgary Olympic Park, site of the 1988 Winter Olympics), Calgary Tower and many more. Outside the city all within a couple hours drive include Banff National Park, Lake Louise, Kananaskis Country, Drumheller (site of the world famous Royal Tyrrell Museum of Palaeontology) and many other attractions.
  • This apartment is gorgeous and I felt like I was in a high end hotel, with all the amenities I need, for a fraction of the price. The location is quiet and gorgeous and an easy drive to the Rockies. I wish I could have spent more time relaxing in the apartment! The ambiance was very soothing and I had an enjoyable stay.

The bed is very comfortable and the room is very spacious, the washroom is large and the shower is great. Everything is absolutely perfect, it is very comfortable and cozy.   • I went to Calgary to finish our moving process so I spent few days loading a large truck from storage units to move to USA. I was so lucky to find Joanne, she has a fantastic and very very very clean place. She is so nice and good with communication; she was patient and helpful in any way she could to make my stay during the process a little bit easier; I was impressed when she even went beyond her duty letting me to put a bunch of food on her freezer and every day she was smiling and positive just what I needed because I was very busy and worried since moving is not a fun thing to do alone for that I'll be grateful for ever and definitely I would recommend Joanne's place to stay and her as A Super Hostess!

Villa overlooks beautiful gardens in park-like setting with 2 large patios, Use of kitchen & living areas encouraged. Domestic cat in residence.   • Jeannie is a real treasure. I stayed a week, she was generous & accommodating, and her cat gave me a lot of Creature Comfort (not the usual meaning?!) Jeannie is kind without being invasive and respectful of individual differences. The accommodations were very pleasant in every regard. Clean, of course, but more than that. Good conversations, and helpful at Things To Do. Worth every cent and more!! Her bed in the single room is soft, so that might be important for some people to know, for pluses or minuses. Use of refrigerator space was much appreciated, and a bit of eating together was delightful. Thank you Jeannie!!!

  • I stayed in Christa's lovely condo for a month (late May through late June 2016). I found this unit to be clean, bright, well managed and very well equipped for a long term stay. The wifi connection is strong and reliable, the kitchen completely furnished with every pot, pan or appliance you could want, the bed comfortable and even the bathroom is well stocked with towels and some basics toiletries should you find you have forgotten to pack something. As well, the location is excellent. I was travelling back and forth to Cochrane on a daily basis and this SW Calgary locale was perfect as I could choose to commute using secondary roads that wind through lovely countryside on days that I didn't want to handle the busy highways. This neighborhood is well serviced with excellent stores, banks, coffee shops, restaurants, etc within an easy 10 minute walk. I highly recommend The Ladybug Cafe at 10 Aspen Stone Blvd for delicious pastry, coffee and breakfast, as well, The Good Earth Cafe in the Aspen Landing Shopping Centre is excellent. Christa is a gracious and readily accessible host and she should be proud of this most comfortable and well located listing. Thank you, Christa!

    Our neighbourhood is fairly quiet. We are on the west end of the city so fairly easy access out to the mountains, and only 13 minutes downtown. Amenities include a grocery store, gas station, Starbucks, Subway, Shoppers drug mart, other fast food alternatives and some restaurants and bars.     This is a cozy condo backing onto Griffith Woods. Less than an hour to the mountains! The perfect place to stay if you are looking for a mountain feel but still within city limits. 25 minutes to Bragg creek, 45 to Canmore/Banff.
    Discovery Ridge is very sought after neighbourhood in Calgary. It is about 15 minutes from downtown but far enough out that it doesn't feel too busy. My condo bakes onto an environmental reserve called Griffith Woods. It's a beautiful place to walk/run/bike through and explore. The river is very close by and theres lots of wildlife around. Often, there are deer right outside my back door. Bragg creek is a cute little town only 25 minutes away with beautiful scenery, great hikes, and nice restaurants. If you want to venture into the Rockies, it's less than an hour drive. You get a city condo with a mountain feel.

I loved the large en-suite bathroom and the very comfortable super king size bed! And finally the view from the window is so beautiful overlooking the woods which you have to visit especially if there is snow! Thank you again Kat for letting me rent your place.   • Cozy Condo is a great description. Description and photos are very accurate. Kat is very nice. And considerate - she had bought some bagels and yogurt for me. And made sure there was ample shampoo, etc. My time there was very relaxing. And underground parking is a plus! The building is clean and well maintained. And the neighborhood is charming, including a nice coffee shop. I would stay here again.

  • Our time at Kat's home was perfect. It was during the winter season. Having the fireplace going and looking out the window onto the wooded park was a cozy magical winter wonderland time. It did not feel like we were in the city. Kat was a great host. She was welcoming, friendly, reliable and easy to deal with.   • Eileen's place is neat and has many amenities that one could need to make their stay enjoyable. The location is close to a series of stores, supermarkets and a cinema as well as a variety of eateries. Eileen is amazingly friendly and a talented musician should you be lucky to hear her in action! Her dog Bb is the most chilled and easy-going buddy I have ever met and is a plus if you love dogs. Definitely would stay there again.

Natural light constantly occupies the space at seemingly all hours, illuminating beautiful and contemplative artwork which hangs from most every available surface. The room was clean, the location was great, and Eileen herself is amazing. If you're wondering where that stereotype about Canadians being unendingly kind and polite came from, look no further.   • Rosamilla's place was great value for the money. The bed and pillows were comfortable, everything was clean. We knew we would be using a shared bathroom that was not fancy but very adequate and clean. The location was perfect for us as it is in the neighbourhood of the family we were visiting. And we love the walking distance to markets, stores and parks. The hosts were friendly and kind, with little overlap of contact.

    The home offers 'tree-framed' downtown views with high ceilings, large windows and an open floor-plan that combines to create the perfect space for both at-home entertainment and everyday living.   • Have a beautiful house. We were a family of 5 and stayed for a week, so we used all of the rooms; and everybody was happy with theirs – there was no fights over showers or anything as well; so more than enough room for everybody. It was just a few minutes walk to the light rail stop and a small shopping centre, with several restaurants, a Starbucks, and a fancy supermarket. A couple of minutes drive there was an even bigger centre with all the big chain stores. This sounds busy, but the neighbourhood was lovely and quiet, and we enjoyed the many parks and small streets on our morning runs. We coordinated with Caitlin before our trip. She was wonderfully nice, and flexible about our check-in and check-out. We were driving from and to Edmonton, and were delayed both getting there and leaving. She left us an extremely helpful binder with all the details and instructions as to how to work all the appliances in the house. She was available for questions, but didn't hover. She asked us about our interests before and left various fliers about related stores and events. Coming-in we had a wonderful surprise of fresh veggies from her garden—lucky us!! We would absolutely love to stay here again if we're in Calgary. This was definitely the ideal location for us.
