Patara beach is the longest beach in Turkey at around 11 miles. It is also home to nesting Loggerhead turtles and there are ancient ruins along the beach. Tourist development has been restricted so it has a nice peaceful atmosphere

Babadağ mountain rises up to a stunning height above the coastline. There are fantastic views. There are some great hiking trails but be careful to stick to the markings (which can be a little tricky to follow). Also come up here to see all the paragliders launching. A cable car is due to complete to save tourists having to travel up by 4x4
