Amazing views from the top of Haytor and a wonderful walk on a clear day. Pony rides bookable nearby in advance. Great couple of pubs in nearby Widdicombe on the Moor
A bit of a drive to get here but a fabulous day out if the weather is good. Sand dunes and a beautiful, huge expanse of beach. Theres a coffee van in the car park selling teas, coffees, cold drinks and light lunches like sandwiches . You can hire surf boards and have lessons here too.
