A character building with spotlessly clean , not over chlorinated brand new indoor 50 m pool in a heritage setting. and it's cheap! 15 minute walk away, perfect.

Tere is also one in the Vic markets... simply the best hot chocolate I have ever had. And the chocolates are truly spectacular.

A fantastic way to see the city and an experience you won't forget. I love kayaking and highly reccommend this experience... even if you have never done it before :)

I am biased towards galleries, and I love the NGV. The permanent collection is gorgeous and free entry makes it a lovely stop. I would avoid the cafes there though , overpriced and ordinary.

For great Australian art, from early colonoial to contemporary aboriginal, the Ian Potter is a great city stop, and it's free. Only a few hundred meters from the NGV, overload on art, I do!

Street art at its best, Hosier lane is opposite the Ian Potter, and well worth a stroll through to see some colourful and often poignant street art. Then have sometapas anda wine at Movida next door..

Just beautiful. Eat upstairs above the cellar door, stroll through the grounds, this place is also well worth a visit. Especially on market days.

A very coolplace for a drink, especially before sunset. Its a bit grungy, a bit funky and a fabulous location. Definitley worth stopping in after a hard day around the city.

Not really for the wine and restaurant - go for the most beautiful contemporary art gallery in Victoria. Its stunning, and well worth the drive. Great wineries in the area, this place is world class.
