Have I told you that we live around the corner of the most vanguard club of Amsterdam at this moment!!!? It is a 3 minute stroll from our door to their door and it goes on and on forever. It also houses a very upscale and experimental restaurant.

When in Amsterdam do as the Amsterdammers do. Buy your meat at Louman. Best butcher in town. No tourists there. Try Filet American or Osseworst, very Amsterdam sandwich meats.

Everybody wants to go to Anne Frank. If you do too, I have a valuable tip: buy your ticket ahead online to avoid the queue. Trust me I pass this queue practically everyday and feel very sorry for those who have to stand in line for sometimes up to an hour.
