This is an absolutely stunning lake. The Rail Trail runs along it's western side for walking or bicycle riding and there are several beaches for swimming in this clean clear lake.

Lake Country is a little town but there are two walk in clinics there, several grocery stores, a great butcher shop, farm gate sales, some fun boutiques - like the Olives R Us store - a liquor store and a laundry matt. Vernon and Kelowna are bigger options for all of the above although they are a 20-30 drive away

Good place to rent a bike to go on the Rail Trail or take up to the Myra Canyon trestles.
