The best tapas restaurant in town :) Not possible to make reservations, but if you´re not that many you can wait in the bar or outside with a glass of wine and you´ll get a table within half an hour. Great ambience.

A really cozy place that is located in an old building with a lot of history. Really worth a visit just to have a look at the building. Serves beer, food and coffee.

Parks & Nature
Beautiful lake with many hiking trails around. Take tram 11 or 12 bound to Kjelsås. Takes 15 minutes from Torshov. Get off at the last stop and walk towards the lake. Really nice view and beautiful forest. Not allowed to swim in the lake since it´s the drinking water source for the city.

Island just outside the city centre where you can go hiking, swimming and it´s also where many of the museums are located; Fram Kon Tiki, The Viking ship Museum and Norsk Folkemuseum. Take bus 30 from Torshov bound to Bygdøy. Takes 30 minutes.
