There is a small public beach right next to the beach club that is a great place for swimming and watching the ferries and boaters roll in.

Nice low key beach at the bridge. Nice for sitting, swimming, walking on the jetty, watching the sailboats, and paddling or windsurfing.

We love this beach-- just beautiful views across the water and Edgartown harbor. Plus, a delightful little lagoon (great for kids) and a picturesque lighthouse. And it never seems to be crowded. Parking can be tricky-- there are a few 2 hour spots right in from near the harbor View Inn, but if you're biking, there are no worries.

Yup, it was filmed here---and we're hoping there are no sharks. This bridge is jam-packed with (mostly teenage) folks taking the plunge. Looks like fun! (though I can't say I've done it)
