A favorite for me is walking onto the ferry and heading to Bainbridge Island for the afternoon. Lunch on the harbor and shopping along Main Street on a lazy weekend!

We enjoy stopping at Matthews Beach for a rest when we're riding the Burke-Gilman bike trail. It's a great spot on Lake Washington and family friendly!
