You can take the funicular or walk up. The view from the top is breathtaking. Don't forget to visit The church of St George at the top. There's also a very good restaurant at the top if you want to have a drink or eat there, it's highly recommended.

A delicious deli shop, with great cheese, Greek product, their Halva is the best I've tried.
They also have a few table with very interesting snacks.
