Eat here at least 3 times a week. Best poke I've had in LA. If you're unfamiliar with poke it's basically Hawaiian sushi.

Another great coffee shop! If you want to check out old town Pasadena, I'd definitely suggest stopping in intelligenstia for a coffee and pastry.

This is absolutely my favorite pizza joint in LA and luckily it's right down the street from where I live! They do by the slice or a whole pie.
