The PPHM is the largest historical museum in the state of Texas, and covers 500 million years of the Texas Panhandle's history. Dinosaurs, cowboys and Indians, an old west town, classic cars, art, and a huge petroleum exhibit.

A short 5 minute drive on Interstate 27 North. If you want an awesome chicken fried steak, this is the place to go!! (I like the green chili chicken fried steak). They also have great ribeye steaks and burgers.
