This place is run by a slightly controversial religious group. But the people are nice, and the food is delicious! Fresh baked breads for great sandwiches (the Deli Rose is one of my favorite sandwiches in the world), homemade soup served with a hot and fresh slice of sourdough, tea and fresh-squeezed juices... It's open 24/5... I think they are closed on Saturdays, and for several hours on Friday and Sunday. Go with an open mind - you may be engaged in a conversation. Aristotle said, "It is the mark of an educated mind to be able to entertain a thought without accepting it." Some mental stretching plus delicious food? I'm always down.

First off, the owner Phil is one of the nicest people I've ever met. But outside of that he has incredible taste! He offers a great selection of curated antique furniture and wares. He runs a letterpress and creates beautiful handpressed pieces. Also possibly has one of the best African art collections in the region.
