Less than two hours from Table House Farm, Cradle Mountain is arguably the most popular destination in Tasmania. You can easily do a day trip but set off early to make the most of the day. So many good walking tracks and sheer beauty.

If you love waterfalls, Dip Falls are spectacular, especially after heavy rains. There's a stairway built down beside them for easy viewing all the way down.

It's a must for young families. Our grandchildren never miss a chance to visit. So many native animals, many of which have been rescued after injury.

Beaches
Stunning Boat Harbour Beach (just 12 minutes from our property) was voted one of the top 10 beaches in Australia by Australian Geographic 2017. It's really beautiful with crystal clear, bright aqua water and there’s a nice beachside café.

It's a long white sandy beach, mostly deserted, and very beautiful. About 15 minutes from our property.
