Always worth a visit for a fantastic meal! They serve martinis and have an extensive wine list. Their menu is stunning. A few favourites are French onion soup, soufflé, clafoutis, pommes dauphinoise and of course their rib-eye steak! Any specials are also well worth a try.

Lovely local pub just outside of town up in the hills. The welcome is always warm, they serve a great selection of cocktails, gin and wine and the food is always spot on with an ever-changing seasonal menu. They often even have oysters as a snack too!

40 The WyndingEven if you're not religious this Abbey is spectacular for the architecture alone! One can visit to pray and admire until 5pm. The Saxon Vault is well worth the steep steps down! The Abbey sometimes holds events like plays or music too. Entry is free but donations are always much appreciated. The shop is also worth a visit for a keepsake.
