Great views of the Willamette River. Connects to Minto Island Park and Wallace Marine Park via some pretty cool bridges. Also home of the Carousel if you want to ride that and the Gilbert House Museum - both great places for kids.

Cute little neighborhood park about 0.5 miles from the house. Beautiful big oak trees. Those that like to run might find it a good place to run to from the house. Also has a lovely playground.
