One of Memphis' best examples of where community is part of the building design. This building was once one of the Sears and Roebuck catalog distribution centers and has been restored to support community with a YMCA, Health Center, Brewery, Charter School, and many bars and restaurants. You must see to believe it.

This is my favorite bourbon bar - good location for when you are headed downtown for a pre-dinner drink or after-dinner drink.
