Oldie but goodie, located 2 blocks North from the condo. Not the greatest looks-wise, but they have great specials, and good food. Their oysters are good, and not expensive. Their franchise fries with gravy is a local favorite and quite addicting. It's a good vibe of mostly locals. The bar staff has been around for years, they serve good, strong drinks. Not watered down like some other places. Sunday night, they have a DJ and dancing at 10pm.

This is southern OC at the inlet/pier. If you have kids, this is the place to be during the daytime and night. Its crowded, has all the junky eclectic stores and the amusement park. Kids love it. Teens like it too, they walk the boardwalk and hang out.
