Book well in advance as the restaurant only seats 20 and is booked months in advance. Juan Carlos and his brother Jonathan are the chefs while their wife’s Maria and Rachel run front of house. It’s a trip about an hour from the villa but oh my what a beach if you can drag yourself away from the villa pool. Make a night of it and have dinner in the old town of La Laguna it used to be the capital of Tenerife
