A must do hike! If you go early, they open at sunrise, this is the best time as it is less busy, parking is easier to find and you will see the gorgeous valley waking up, then go for breakfast somewhere like Matt's Big breakfast that is near the condo or maybe check out Old Town Scottsdale

Do this hike then go to the Montelucia hotel for a coffee after and sit out on their deck in the back of the property. This area has a lot of swank hotels with gorgeous grounds and often nice views.
