The most beautiful waterfall we have seen in our land, Yerköprü Waterfall, Mut / Mersin Is this place real ??? It is impossible for us to describe what a beautiful and magical place. Maybe not as wet as the famous waterfalls, but the turquoise of the water, the phosphorescent greenish state of mosses and plants, the pink lily trees as tall as the pine tree, the mysterious canyon in which it is located… A painting that we cannot imagine even if we wish. It hypnotizes you. Thank you very much to everyone who suggested this place to us. It was a tremendous discovery for us.

Alahan Monastery (Turkish: Koja Kalessi)[1] is a complex of fifth century buildings located in the mountains of Isauria in southern Asia Minor (Mersin province in modern day Turkey). Located at an altitude of 4,000 ft, it stands 3,000 ft over the Calycadnus valley[1] and is a one-hour walking distance from the village of Geçimli. Although termed a monastery in many sources, this attribution is contested and more recent scholarship consider it to be a pilgrimage shrine. The complex played a significant role in the development of early Byzantine architecture, and practically everything known about it can be attributed to the excavations of Michael Gough

On the rocks facing the gorge, there are carved figures in 9 niches. These are the figures of 11 males, 4 females and 2 children and 1 ibex. (The name Adamkayalar means Men-rocks) On pediment, there are also the figures of Roman eagles (Aquila). [1] No document exists about the origin of the figures. But these figures are probably from the second century AD. In 2019 a large amount of damage was inflicted on the reliefs; reports said it had been done by treasure hunters who believed gold was inside the statues
