Just a short distance from our home, Country Boy Mine offers tours and a great way to explore and learn about the mining history of the area! Country Boy Mine also has a fun (FAST!)giant slide and special activities like gold panning.

BreckConnect Gondola is a fun and free way to get around
The BreckConnect Gondola runs daily during summer and winter (check website for exact schedule). The gondola ride is about 10 minutes from town to the base of Peak 8 and is always totally free! The free bus that runs on the street in front of our house takes you right to the gondola so you don't have to hassle with parking!
