Just east of Girard on Central avenue is the University area with a plethora of reasonable priced ethic restaurants catering to UNM and CNM students. The Bricklight district boasts of a concentration of yummy spots and nice walking area by day and night.

Gotta go for breakfast! A must-visit while in ABQ! A bit off the beaten path so won’t be as crowded as other spots during Balloon Fuesta. NM breakfast favorites paired with waffles with lavender whipped cream in a cool old Adobe house with an outdoor patio. One of our favorites!!!
