Local vendors and food trucks gather here on Saturday mornings until about 1pm, sometimes later if there's enough of a crowd. Arepas and The Noodle Lady are two of my favorites but there's plenty more to explore and some great local artisans!

Go to the other side of the river for a nice paved walk and a better sunset view. Walk all the way to the lock and dam, or keep going for a more challenging jaunt. About 2 miles in you can take the river side path for a better view. Look out for wildlife - it's not uncommon to see river otters, deer, gators and more!

Highly recommended! The animals here are very well cared for and we are privileged to have quite a variety for such a small city! The Gorilla feeing is hands-down, my favorite event and is included in the cost of admission.
